Designed to be taken during pregnancy, this class taught by NPD's finest certified educators will help you prepare for everything once baby has arrived. You'll learn how to bathe your new bundle safely and easily, feeding options, sleep tricks, soothing techniques and so much more. While parents are completely focused on planning for the birth, the postpartum period is often overlooked. Make sure you are prepared and ready to meet your baby by joining us April 11th, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at Joint Chiropractic/Vibrant Health Group in Erie. You will leave feeling empowered, confident, and ready to parent your baby!
