ABOUT CLIMB OUT OF THE DARKNESS 2020

Postpartum Support International's Climb Out of the Darkness is the world's largest event for raising awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, while raising money and building community.

Climb Out of the Darkness is committed to bringing people together, united, to honor the struggle to overcome PMADs (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders). We promote awareness, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues related to parenthood in every country worldwide. We support moms & dads, community programs and healthcare providers.

This is Erie's third year participating in The Climb and we hope to gain even more support! We’re raising money to benefit Postpartum Support International and to help local mothers who are in need by offering meals and other necessities during difficult postpartum times.

We are mothers, survivors, supporters, and providers, climbing together to let all parents know: You are not alone. You are not to blame. With help, you will be well.

If you or someone you know is suffering, PSI can help: Call 1.800.994.4773 or Text 503.894.9453
